The project was finished with the Windsor fire surround from The Penman Collection, made in Portuguese limestone.
The limestone surround gives the fireplace a classic, refined frame around the more contemporary stove.
How the project came together
Replacing the old gas fire with the Aspect 5 Eco gives the room a completely different focal point and flame experience.
The finished installation is a strong example of combining a modern wood burning stove with a traditional limestone surround.
