The brief
Because the house did not have a chimney, a factory-made Schiedel flue system was installed.
The chimney breast was built with an inset space for the television, allowing the media element to sit cleanly within the feature.
How the project came together
Two feature log stores add both function and symmetry, turning the stored logs into part of the design.
Brick slips from Brick Slips Ltd and a natural oak beam from Focus Fireplaces complete the warm, rustic finish.
