The brief
Fires In Stone installed the chimney breast, hearth, stove and flue system, creating the technical and structural basis for the fireplace.
Karl then clad the chimney breast in stone and added a timber faux frame, giving the feature a rustic, characterful finish.
How the project came together
The combination of stone texture, dark hearth and stove flame creates a strong focal point that feels much more established than a plain wall installation.
The result is an outstanding example of a collaborative project where the stove and flue installation were professionally handled and the final decorative finish was completed to suit the customer’s room.
