The brief
The original chimney opening was not large enough, so Fires In Stone created a framed chimney breast in steel.
A cottage-style limestone hearth and rustic brick chamber gave the new fireplace a warm, traditional character.
How the project came together
The real oak beam was made to the customer’s specification, adding a bespoke finishing detail above the opening.
A lifetime-warranty flue liner completed the technical side of the installation.
